Mice exposed to 75% O2 (hyperoxia) or room air (normoxia) ± hydrocortisone (1mg HC, 5mg HC, or 10mg HC) or sterile water (vehicle) were euthanized and lungs were inflation fixed. Hematoxylin-stained sections were imaged at 20X.
