A, Relative mRNA expression of LPAR1 and LPAR3 transcripts (Edg2 and Edg7, respectively) following 48hr treatment with siRNAs targeting LPAR1 (siR1), LPAR3 (siR3), or non-targeting siRNA (NT). Following 48hr treatment with siRNAs targeting LPAR1, LPAR3, or non-targeting siRNAs, TAg MECs were washed and medium changed to mammary CM. Proliferation (B) and cell death (C) were measured in the Incucyte™ live content imaging system. . Statistics were determined from 3 independent experiments.
