RAW 264.7 cells were cultured as ground based control (Xg) or μXg for 24 h and total RNA isolated were subjected to TRAIL receptors, DR5, DcR1, DcR2L and DcR2S mRNA expression using real-time RT-PCR. The mRNA expression was normalized with respect to β-actin mRNA amplification.
