(a) Mouse bone marrow non-adherent cells were cultured as ground based control (Xg) or subjected to μXg for 24 h and treated with RANKL (50 ng/ml) and M-CSF (10 ng/ml) for 7 days in the presence and absence of anti-TRAIL antibody (5 μg/ml) for OCL formation. (b) TRAP-positive multinucleated OCLs formed at the end of the culture period were scored under microscope. *Significant (P < 0.05) difference when compared to Xg.
