There was no difference in fiber cross-sectional area of MHC-I (P = 0.353; pooled standard error of the mean (SEM) = 89.756). There was a significant difference in the fiber cross-sectional area of MHC-IIA (P = 0.001; SEM = 50.977) and MHC-IIX (P = 0.001; SEM = 59.431)
