Inhibitory effect of hyperoside on LPS-induced cytokines and MMP-9 production in RA FLSs. FLSs from RA patients were pretreated with different concentrations of hyperoside for 4 h and exposed to LPS (1 μg/mL) for 48 h. The presence of TNF-α (A), IL-6 (B), IL-1β (C), and MMP-9 (D) in the cell-free culture supernatants was then evaluated by ELISA. Values are the mean±SEM of five independent experiments. **P<0.01 compared with the untreated control; #P<0.05, ##P<0.01 compared with the LPS-treated group.
