The complete amino acid sequences of TLPs obtained from the GenBank database, together with that of ObTLP1 were analyzed through MEGA6 using the Neighbor-Joining Method. The evolutionary distances were computed using the Poisson correction method and are in the units of the number of amino acid substitutions per site.
