Sensitivity of the LAMP assay with ESE-Quant tube scanner. Suspensions of Vibrio alginolyticus ATCC 17749 were 10-fold serially diluted (1 × 100 ∼ 1 × 109 CFU/mL) and detected with the LAMP method using an ESE-Quant tube scanner. No amplification was detected in the 10-fold serial dilution equivalent to 1 × 100 and 1 × 101 CFU/mL DNA templates of V. alginolyticus standard strain ATCC 17749. N.C as negative control, P.C as positive control.
