The values represent the mean ± S.E. based on a minimum of three different protein preparations. All measurements were performed at 20 °C in 25 mm KCl, 20 mm MOPS, 5 mm MgCl₂, 1 mm DTT (pH 7) unless stated otherwise. Shaded boxes show the values that have changed significantly.
