(A) MCF-7 cells were incubated under low-serum conditions with 100 nM sphingosine-1-phosphate ± WIN2 (3 µM) or under normal serum with 5 µM SEW2871 ± 8 µM WIN2 (B), 5 µM SEW2871 ± 25 µM THC (C), or 100 nM estradiol ± 8 µM WIN2 (D).
