Zinc is localized to ER in HeLa cells. Images of HeLa cells co-labeled with Zinpyr-1 and ER Tracker Red, a marker for the ER. HeLa cells were double-stained with 10 mM Zinpyr-1 and 1 mM ER Tracker Red at 37°C for 20 min. Images were captured using a 40X objective (top panel) or 100X objective (bottom panel).
