Welch’s t-test was used to evaluate the ratios of osteosarcomas (OS) vs. normal fibroblasts (Fb). In more details, all the data derived form OS cells (by including all the cell lines together) under acidosis were compared to all the data derived from Fb cells (by including all the different lots of cells together).
