One-way factorial ANOVA and multiple comparison tests accompanied by Fisher’s significance indicated a significant difference of NADH/NAD⁺ ratio in osteosarcoma (OS) cells cultured under neutral conditions than in the others; acidic OS, neutral fibroblasts (Fb) and acidic Fb.
