Table 3. Results from AMOVA grouping localities by islands and regional groups.

In all cases p-values were highly significant (<0.001 after Bonferroni and FDR correction). In all cases, all localities were included in the analysis, but the regional groups change. Groups in case 2 and 3 are based on models using oceanic currents and different PLDs (30 and 60 days) (Treml et al., 2008). Groups in case 4 and 5 are based on findings from Bayesian analyses. Names of localities as in Table 1.
