Serotonin transporter (SERT) and cytochrome P450 1B1 (CYP1B1) expression in monocrotaline (MCT)-treated rats. Female and male rats were given a single dose of monocrotaline (MCT; 60 mg/kg subcutaneously), and 28 days later whole-lung homogenates (30 μg) were analyzed for protein expression by Western blotting for SERT, n = 6 (A), and CYP1B1, n = 8 (B).
