Actinomycin D-treated L929 cells plus TNF-α were incubated with various concentrations of H-SN1 (32 pM, or 0.16, 0.8, 4, or 2 nM) for 18–20 h and stained with MTT (A). Absorbance was determined at 490 nm. The cytotoxic effect of H-SN1 alone in L929 cells was determined by MTT assays without (B) or with (C) actinomycin D. Values represent the means ± SEM. *p < 0.05, **p < 0.01, ***p < 0.001 for the cells treated with H-SN1 vs. the cells treated with TNF-α + actinomycin D.
