We use cerebellar vermis section stained with hematoxylin-eosin and drew 3 mm-length lines in the cerebellar Purkinje cell layers. Purkinje cells are indicated with arrows (A, arrows). Immunohistochemistry for CP13 reveals pretangles and tau-positive threads in dentate nucleus (B), coiled bodies in cerebellar white matter (C), and pretangles in Purkinje cell layer (D, arrow, inset).
