β-Catenin activation in CCA cell lines after treatment with AMCM. CCA cell line (M214) was treated with 2 μg/ml LPS, conditioned media from untreated macrophages (NAMCM), LPS-activated macrophages (AMCM) or left untreated (control) at the indicated time. Western blot analysis was performed to determine the protein levels of β-catenin from whole cell lysates of CCA cell line (a, b). Cytosolic and nuclear β-catenin was investigated in M214 cells (c, d). β-Actin was used to check for equal loading of the gel.
