The clearance rate against protein concentration (ng/μl) and reaction time (min) was monitored to evaluate the H2O2 degradation activity of EaRFP. (b) H2O2 degradation activity of EaRFP (50 ng/μl) with heat-treatment (90 °C) for 30 or 60 min. Data shown are the mean ± SE relative to the intact 50 ng/μl of EaRFP (control) group (reaction time: 20 min). The assay was performed three times in quadruplicate. Groups with different letters are significantly different (P < 0.05).
