Qualitative assay of resistance of P. ananatis isolates to D. discoideum grazing. Ten thousand, 1,000, and 100 Dictyostelium discoideum AX2-214 cells were applied to dried bacterial lawns and monitored for 7 days for plaque formation and sporulation.
