Effect of TF3 on cell growth in human ovarian cancer cells A2780/ CP70 and normal ovarian cells IOSE-364. Cells (1×104/well) were seeded in 96-well plates, incubated overnight, and then treated with TF3 for 24 h. Cell viability was determined by MTT assay.
