A sub-cluster of Pokkali accessions are shown within the indica group. The Pokkali × IR29-derived RIL FL478 is located near IR29. Most of the salt-tolerant landraces from Bangladesh are within the different indica sub-clusters, apart from the Pokkali accessions.
