Two mM of LadSH1D1 or GacSH1D1 and GacSH2 recombinant proteins were incubated with [γ-³²P] ATP at room temperature. The reaction was stopped at different time points (see Materials and Methods) and the samples were separated in an SDS-polyacrylamide gel and autoradiographied.
