SAEC Production of ROS by CoO and La₂O₃ nanoparticles. SAEC were treated for 6 or 24 h with CoO or La₂O₃ nanoparticles with the following doses: 0.0, 5.0, 25.0, and 50.0 µg/ml and for the last 30 min 5 µM DCFDA was added to analyze superoxide production.
