(A) TiO₂ (10 mM) was stirred with NaBr (0 or 10 mM) under UVA light (1–5 J/cm²). A solution of TMB (0.1 mg/mL) was then added and incubated for 3 hours. (B) TiO₂ (10 mM) was stirred with NaBr (10 mM) under UVA light (0–5 J/cm²). At different times after the end of the illumination, 50 μl aliquots of the mixture was added to 1 mL TMB (0.1 mg/mL). Values are means of 6 wells and bars are SD.
