Summary of Ca²⁺ dynamic analysis using LC_Pro obtained from WT and SK3^−/− endothelium. Ca²⁺ dynamics were analyzed using the automated Ca²⁺ detection program LC_Pro, including number of Ca²⁺ sites, total number of events, amplitudes (F/F_O), duration, and spread of Ca²⁺ signal. WT: n = 14; SK3^−/−: n = 9.
