Mice (n ≥ 4) were mock infected or infected with the B. abortus wild type and were treated with TUDCA or vehicle control. Three days after infection, circulating levels of IL-6 (a), IL-12p40 (b), IFNγ (c), KC (d), MIP-1β (e), G-CSF (f) and RANTES (g) were profiled in serum using a Bio-Plex cytokine assay. Data are presented as mean ± s.e.m.
