The effect of PAM on cell viability at each cell density. OVCAR-3, NOS2, TOV21G and ES-2 cells were plated in 96-well plates at a density of 2.5×10³, 5×10³, 7.5×10³, 1×10⁴, 1.5×10⁴, and 2.0×10⁴ cells/well, respectively. On the following day, the cells were treated with PAM-3 (P) for 24 h. Control cells were treated with Ar-AM-3 (Ar). Then, the effect of PAM on the viability of cells was measured by the Aqueous One Solution Cell Proliferation Assay kit. Three independent experiments were performed.
