Averaged base pair step helical parameters along sequence for all the simulation performed with PARMBSC1. See Table 1 for a detailed description of the simulated systems. Translational parameters (shift, slide and rise) are reported in Å, and rotational ones (tilt, roll and twist) in degrees. The terminal base pairs were removed from the analysis.
