Cytotoxicity of the anti-epidermal growth factor receptor-diethylene triamine pentaacetate-gadolinium (anti-EGFR-DTPA-Gd) and anti-EGFR-internalizing arginine-glycine-aspartic acid (iRGD)-DTPA-Gd in BGC-823 tumor cell lines. Anti-EGFR-DTPA-Gd and anti-EGFR-iRGD-DTPA-Gd at various concentrations were added to the BGC-823 cell suspensions and incubated for 48 h. Cell viability was measured using an MTT assay.
