CLIP-seq data

A) Treatment of CLIP-seq data for the identification of CELF1 binding sites.

B) Table summarizing the number of reads obtained with the CLIP-seq and the mRNA-seq libraries. “Total” is the total number of reads, “Trimmed” and “Filtered” the number of reads after adapter removal and quality filtering, respectively. “Uniquely mapped” is the number of uniquely mapped reads to the human genome. “Merged” is the sum of the uniquely mapped reads arising from independent sequencing runs of the same library. “Unique” is the number of reads remaining after removal of strictly identical reads.
