D) A cluster in an antisense RNA. Note that the SIX5 and DMPK genes have the same orientation, and that the CLIP-seq cluster is in an antisense orientation relative to these two genes. In all panels, the sense reads are in red and the antisense reads in blue. The CELF binding clusters are in dark blue, with their orientations indicated by arrowheads.
