The sodorifen in the headspace of the isolates HRO-C48, 3Re-4-18, V4, AS9, and 4Rx13 was determined. Bacteria were cultivated in complex medium (NB). The trapped volatiles of three time intervals: 0–24, 24–48, and 48–72 h were eluted and analyzed via GCMS. The relative sodorifen levels were calculated by setting the peak emission of S. plymuthica 4Rx13 to 100%.
