Tumor xenografts were established by s.c. injection of SGC-7901 cells into the right flanks of the mice (5×106/0.1ml per mouse). When tumor size reached around 80 mm2−100 mm2, mice were administered with a 7-day YM155 continuous infusion using a micro-osmotic pump. Tumor size was measured every three days. The tumor growth curve was shown in A. Three weeks after treatment, xenograft tumors were excised and photographed. Representative tumor photos were shown in B.
