PC3 and LNCaP cells cultured on cover slips were treated with 100ng/ml CXCL16 for 5 min with or without Calphostin C (100 nM) or Wortmannin (10 μM) pretreatment. Cells were stained with Rhodamine Phallodin and Alexa Fluor 488 conjugated Mouse anti-Ezrin (pY353) antibody. Images were captured using Olympus FluoView FV1000 confocal microscope with 60X oil immersion objective. Scale bar represents 20μm.
