Line graphs in which height measurements are arranged in ascending order and assigned a percentage value relative to that order, such that the lowest height value has a value of 0 and the highest a value of 100. There were substantial differences in not only the maximum height of cells, but also in the distribution of height measurements across cell lines, such that COLO316 and HDF had greatly flattened cell profiles, and U2OS and MM39 presented more elevated and deeply furrowed surfaces.
