Effect of rHuPH20 modification on RBCM-NP blood circulation. A) The rHuPH20 activity on PH20-RBCM-NPs remained after quenching unreacted thiol and maleimide groups on modified RBCs with PEG2K-maleimide and PEG2K-thiol sequentially in NP fabrication.
