Effects of SY on the mRNA and protein levels of genes involved in the browning of white adipose tissue in subcutaneous white adipose tissue of obese mice. (A) The mRNA levels of PGC1α, UCP1, FNDC5, PRDM16, and CIDEA in subcutaneous white adipose tissue of mice in SF, HFD, and SY group were determined by RT-qPCR analysis. The RT-qPCR was repeated for two times with n = 8 for each group. (B) The protein levels of PGC1α in subcutaneous white adipose tissue of mice in SF, HFD, and SY group were determined by western blot analysis.
