Table 2.

Functionally enriched clusters with ≥5 genes and significant enrichment scores >1.3 from DAVID analysis, from tests of the response to FW vs. SW for An. merus age 18 h and 66 h. There were no clusters with ≥5 genes and scores >1.3 for An. merus at 20% vs. 0%. Neither species had enriched clusters at 10% vs. 0%, and the only significantly enriched cluster for An. coluzzii at 20% vs. 0% was peptidase/immune, with 7 genes and a score of 2.31.
