Gene expression profile (QRT-PCR) of BCL2, BAX, P53, HSP70, TNF-α, CYCLIN A2, and CYCLIN E2 of hBMMSCs exposed to heat shock either as cell pellet (A) or cell suspension (B). Upregulation of apoptotic, cell cycle, inflammation and heat shock related genes in hBM-MSCs cell suspension (B) compared to cell pellet (A) indicate that individual cells (B) were easily affected by heat shock compared to cell pellet (A). Data analysis and relative quantitation were performed using the comparative Ct method (ΔΔCt). The differences in gene expression levels were analyzed using student's t-test.
