Expression of immune genes in the OB of VSV-infected mice. Total RNA was isolated from OB tissue of VSV-infected mice at the indicated time points. Transcript levels for antiviral cytokine and receptors (A–C) and pattern-recognition receptors (D–F) were measured by qPCR using Taqman gene-expression assays.
