Articular cartilage gross scores in osteoarthritis with or without ketamine. Osteoarthritis rabbits were treated with normal saline or various concentrations of ketamine (60, 100 and 200 µmol/l) twice a week for four weeks. The morphology of the articular surface and cartilage was evaluated, and gross scores for each group were determined. *P<0.05 vs. normal saline group.
