Effect of ketamine on Mankin's scores. Rabbits without any treatment (normal control), or osteoarthritis rabbits treated with normal saline or 60, 100 and 200 µmol/l ketamine were analyzed. Histopathological grading of the cartilage was conducted using the Mankin's score system.
