Signs of peripheral hypoperfusion
Cachexia
Complete left bundle branch block
Atrial fibrillation
Restrictive pattern on Doppler
Persistent elevation of natriuretic peptides levels despite treatment
Persistent congestion
Persistent third heart sound
Sustained ventricular tachycardia or ventricular fibrillation
