(A) CDR-H3 lengths were distributed as bell shaped curves regardless of HBV infection or vaccination. Mean lengths for both carrier and non-carrier children were identical at 13.2 ± 0.0 (SE) amino acids. (B) Composition of the amino acids resembled each other regardless of the clinical condition or vaccination. The most frequent amino acids in all samples were tyrosine, asparagine, glycine, alanine, arginine, and serine.
