(C, D and E) Centrosomes were isolated from Jurkat cells expressing dTomato-centrin1 (5 independent experiments) (C), non-modified Jurkat cells (5 independent experiments) (D) and from HeLa cells expressing EGFP-centrin1 (8 independent experiments) (E).
