Phoenix clinic isolates are all human clinical isolates from Maricopa County, Arizona. Soil isolates are the 66 environmental isolates from Tucson, Arizona, previously grouped in AZSOIL. Veterinary isolates are from various host animals, previously grouped in the AZSOIL population.
