The wound closure was assessed at 24 h after cells being treated with vehicle or 12.5 μg/mL APY606 (A). The distance of wound closure (compared with control at 0 h) was measured in three-independent wound sites per group. The invasion assay was carried out using Matrigel-coated trans-well culture chambers and invading cells stained with AO were photographed using CLSM (B). The images of cells on the bottom side of the filters membrane were taken in three sites per group. The scale bar was 20 μm.
