(A,B) On a background non-cirrhotic non-steatotic liver, within segment 6, a well-circumscribed 11.2 cm heterogeneously hypervascular mass is noted with washout appearance, central scar-like hypoattenuation, and no gross areas of fat attenuation or evidence of portal venous invasion.
