Reporter constructs containing the wild type (A) or mutant type (B) RanGAP1 3′ UTR were cotransfected with the miR-1301 plasmid in HEK293 cells. The relative luciferase activity was normalized to Renilla luciferase. The results are presented as means + SD of three independent experiments. *p < 0.05, compared with the control.
